For more than a century, the Boulé has stood as the preeminent fraternity of Black men of accomplishment—leaders bound together by honor, discretion, and shared responsibility. At this pivotal moment, Archon Johnson believes our greatest strength remains what it has always been: trusted leadership exercised with wisdom, unity, and purpose.

Across decades of service in law, education, business, philanthropy, and national leadership, Archon Johnson has demonstrated a rare ability to guide complex institutions with clarity, integrity, and quiet authority.
From leading Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. as its 31st General President, to stewarding the successful creation of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial on the National Mall, his leadership has consistently reflected balance—honoring tradition while preparing institutions for the future.
